I recently had my roof replaced by Austermiller Roofing. I talked to several rooofing companies, some of which were very high pressure and a turn off. The Austermiller team was great at being responsive, professional, and following up. Shelby Martin was always quick to respond and provided updates regularly. Tyler Austin was my onsite manager the day the new roof was installed. He gave my updates before, during and after installation was complete. When we had an issue after installation, Lee Sweeney came out, climbed up on the roof, and made sure the necessary adjustments were made quickly. He also followed up with a gutter estimate. Lee was extremely professional and made sure we were 100% happy and was willing to go the extra mile. I had originally planned to go with another company, but was so positively overwhelmed by the level of service that Austermiller provided that I decided to use them instead. I would highly recommend Austermiller Roofing to anyone needing their roof replaced. They provide excellent customer service, a good quality product, all at a fair price. My experience with Austermiller was great, and I don’t say that lightly. We needed a complete roof replacement due to hail damage and filed a claim with our insurance agency, which approved it. Austermiller did a thorough and professional job on our roof, met all deadlines, and was always responsive when any issues came up. Most importantly, they advocated for us when dealing with issues that arose with our insurance company, ensuring we were fully compensated for all damages. This is important, because dealing with an insurance company about claim money is complicated. I can’t say enough about how important it is to have a roofing contractor that advocates for you with your insurance company by providing thorough documentation to your insurance company of about the repairs needed and then completed. I think without Austermiller, we might not have gotten our claim as thoroughly compensated. Call me a very happy customer. Austermiller is the best.

Austermiller did an excellent job of replacing my roof and I am very happy with it. Lee Sweeney was very instrumental in helping me with the whole project. He helped me pick out the color and type and did not put any pressure on me for my choice. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very personable and always ready to help. I was also very pleased with Austermiller's office personnel. They were also very helpful with questions and explanations when I called their office. Shelby was extremely helpful in helping me with getting my claim into the shingle manufacturer and helping me with questions. I also feel that I received very good replacement shingles at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Austermiller, Inc if you are in need of a roof inspection or replacement.
